SHIPPING, GIFT WRAPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide. We use a courier service for our shipping, any PO boxes will be sent via Auspost.
All parcels will be sent with a signature on delivery or you can select 'Authority to Leave' on checkout if you are happy to do so. Please note that should you choose this option, Hearts of Play accept no responsibility for parcels that may go missing.
We want you and your little ones to have the freshest playdough to create with and so our playdough is lovingly handmade to order - just for you! Given this, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your order to be made & dispatched.
Should you need your order urgently please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to meet your request.
For those who live locally to Pottsville (Northern NSW), we also have a pick up option available at check out for your convenience.
Need it overseas? Please send us an email on email@example.com and we will see what we can do!
As our playdough is handmade to order and a perishable product, and as such we can not offer returns or cancellations, so please choose carefully.
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and a description within 7 business days of receiving your product/s and we would be happy to discuss.
Should you order a *Pre Order* Item, your order will be sent in one parcel when all items are in stock. If you require part dispatch with multi shipping, please contact us on email@example.com so that we can arrange this for you. We are happy to help but please note additional shipping charges apply.
